Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident ordering from Vortex. Please read the policy below carefully before requesting a return or refund.
Eligibility Window:
- Refunds: You may request a refund within 3 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and show no signs of wear, scratches, or damage.
- Exchanges: Sizing exchanges can be requested soon after delivery, subject to stock availability. We highly recommend reviewing the Size Guide before ordering.
Non-Returnable Cases: Requests after 3 days, used/damaged items, damage from misuse, high-pressure water exposure, or customer ordering errors.
To request a return/refund, contact support at support@vortexwearables.com or WhatsApp / Call 03364527231 with your order number, reason, and clear photos/videos of the item's condition.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Vortex 1-Year Limited Warranty
All Vortex smart rings purchased from our official store include a 1-Year Limited Warranty starting from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
What is Covered:
- Device not powering on or charging due to a manufacturing issue.
- Defective charging contact or charging accessory.
- Sensor or internal hardware malfunction under normal wear.
- Display malfunction on Vortex Pulse.
What is NOT Covered: Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, discoloration), damage from drops or impact, water damage from high-pressure water/diving, exposure to harsh chemicals, steam/heat environments (sauna), or unauthorized repairs.
