All Vortex smart wearables are covered by a comprehensive 1-year brand warranty from the date of purchase.

Covered:

  • Battery degradation below 50% capacity within 6 months.
  • Bluetooth dropouts or firmware synchronization errors.
  • Faulty charging docks or temple touch sensors.

Not covered: Accidental damage, saltwater submersion beyond limits, or third-party repair attempts.
